You realize that Cockosan eventually tried to DoS the site and got banned...

People that try to destroy the place shouldnt be allowed. I think there are cases when morons should be banned if they spread negativity or lies.

there's a site i often go to (allakhazam.com for ffxi) that has something similar (or had similar til they removed it) it doesn't work very well, it's a good idea on paper (or through typing) but it doesn't really work... because alot of people just do it out of spite, or just for fun, or for whatever reason, it doesn't actually work like you'd think... i mean there would be a way to make it work... that would be, not quite a vote to ban system, more like the person gets so many negative votes, (where each user who puts in a negative vote MUST put in a specific reason) and mods review the total votes constantly, and if they have good grounds, and majority of the votes decide they should be banned, the mod goes and checks and sees if what they person is being accused of is in real, then they get banned.. but in order for this to work effectively... like half the site would have to be mods... so the whole idea just wouldn't work...
