i really need a job and everywhere i go drug tests - i decided to just stop smoking and its been a full week already - before this its been like everyday for over a year ive been smoking - ive had to sit through so many smoke sessions without taking a hit - and its really not as bad as i thought it would be
anyone think my system will be flushed out in a full 3 weeks if i keep drinking water pretty regularly

if your trying to get clean i wouln't sit with your friends during a session, because you can still absorb some of the smoke from breathing.. at least i think you can

yea dont sit on on smoke sessions...u can get the 2nd hand. if you drink a fari amount of water, green tea, and cranberry juice and exercise a fair amount u should be good to go deff in 3 wks. maybe sooner. u can alos take 2-3 niacin b12 pills a day. helps speed up ur metabolism

no...sitting in a room with people smokin doesnt do anything.....i was clean....and my bro and his friend smoked 2 bowls and blew all the smoke in my face...and when i took my pee test the next day i came out clean

i read sumwhea (which i did a ton of every site tryna figga out da best way to take my test yestaday) that the smoke in the air, doesnt contain the "metabolites" so 2nd hand smoke dont happen... my advice to u is smoke and live it up, if you going for a job its illegal to moniter you so da best way is to substitute sumbodi elses piss if you gotta clean friend... look at the thread below yours, the last dude goes into much detail how you should sneek in sum donor piss... it worked fa me... all you need is a thermometer, condom or small shampoo bottle, and a lil practice....
