You can, don't see why you'd want to. Any stress caused on the plant would stunt the growth and enough of it could possible turn it hermi. It's basically like saying "Would it be okay if I cut my left leg off?" You can, but nothing good would come from it. Goodluck and welcome to the forums

I cut fan leaves when they are yellow, and only in later flowering. Dont even dream of cutting them during veg, but in later flowering you can cut yellow ones off as they have no use and are getting in the way. Green leaves are still having nutrients sucked out of them to the buds, so dont cut them. Some disagree with me and say you should leave them to fall off themselves but This is my view. I have been wondering about this and when I seen you had said this I just have to ask, Is it possible to make a male plant turn hermi? Just in case it might be good to know if it is possible.
