It's a "peak" experience (no pun!) if you do it right. Try to set up a time when you won't have to deal with anything troublesome, and can afford to skip a nights sleep. Having somebody you trust around is good, if they can stand your constant babbling about the things you're experiencing. Don't try to drive or engage in anything that'll put you at risk, such as explaining the purpose of the universe to the first police man you happen to pass by. Your face may get tired from all the smiling. By all means listen to some music, be prepared to feel like you're hearing it for the first time. If you have a sexy girl friend, try not to wear her out. Understand that other people can't always hear the sound of the planet moving through space, or percieve the emotions of plants, and don't judge them too harshly. Look at the sky. If you feel yourself getting a bit quirky, remember that everything will be fairly normal within a few hours; don't panic. If you find yourself in a public place, like WalMart or something, and think you're naked, then you probably are. Try not to stare at one spot on a wall for long periods, it's a waste of time. Attending a concert or a movie is OK, but getting there and back again is another matter. It's a good idea to have somebody around who isn't tripping, and to actually listen to the fools advice from time to time.
