Well I was arrested for misdemeanor possesion,it was only 6 grams or less,but if I plan on fighting it,I can't help but wonder if the unknown fed will come out of nowhere and charge me for recieving small amounts of weed and hash,all 2 grams or so. My bond for the weed charge,was only 1000$,so I reckon the penalty should be the minimum. The thing is though,the weed was taken without a warrant and none of the cops present,left any sort of paperwork describing what they took,which was the weed,a couple of pieces of paraphenalia and some seeds. Thy didn't leave any calling cards identifying who I was dealing with either. I only consented to them entering my house,because I was half-asleep and wasn't thinking. The way I see it,the charge should be dropped,given the nature under which it was taken.

My gal got busted 2 days later,back in August,and she still hasn't heard anything about a court date-over 6 months later.
