My advice: OJ to wash the shrooms down. Eat lightly, some people get nauseated on shroomies.

Music...something you're really comfortable with. Preferrably not something too mind-intense, like Tool, but if you've done psychadelics before, go for it.

TV...naw, there's no point. If you're full-blown tripping, you won't pay any attention to it.

Just kick back with some tunes if it's your first psychadelic experience. If not, then you already know what to do whilst tripping the fuck out.

OJ or Lemonade to wash it down... fast for the day except for maybe a little fruit or something in the morning... and for music... Mr. Bungle.

tv is a trip when you are shrooming especially commercials

Everything is trippy on Mushrooms... but you only have a few hours before it's effects start to wear off so use your time wisely.

eat more than a gram, unless they are really potent
