No,the one here is run by MJ smokers,so I'm lucky...What state are you in...I look like a stoner even when I try not to.Which never really happens because if they have a problem with it,I'll take my bussiness elsewhere. But pay cash...go to a hydro store if you can find one near you. They expect us at those shops.Shit if it wasn't for us they'd go out of bussiness ,so they should be cool and give you a deal if you buy it all at once.
If you don't want to mention MJ(actually your not supposed to mention it) say your growing tomatoe plants(similar needs as MJ)And if they are trippin tell them you are starting a indoor vegtable garden and you want it to be organic so you figured indoors would make it easier to avoid pests and mold.Tell them you're going on a health kick for the new year.
I'm way to good at lying. :dance:Every post I make is purely fictional. Any information I have about cannabis is either through common sense or intensive reading. Any pictures posted by myself or anyone using my username are not my own and are in fact picture found on google images. I will not be held responsible for anything that I say on these forums.

If you're a small grower I wouldn't worry about it. I worked at a Menards for 2 years before college and enough customers purchase flourescent lighting with other miscellaneous items, such as fertilizer, that no one will blink an eye. As long as you're a small time grower there should be no need to worry about it.
I actually used to do alot of setups for people a while back and would pay with credit cards and checks all the time. Never ever got bugged by anyone even though sometimes I'd purchase enough to light a hundred plants.
Where you should be concerned is if you're a large grower. If the police or FBI catch on in any way, they may monitor your credit card activity. That's when it gets a little sticky.

Just buy some seeds or plants with it, they'll think you're growing those.

cash. seperate transactions for items at various different locations. Dress the part...if your buying gardening related items..wear some jeans and a raggy t-shirt with a bit of dirt making it look like your a landscaper or just a gardener. At the end of all of this...your just another customer buying a random thing in the store to the clerk..i've worked a cash register before..gets quite boring after a few hours...dont notice a damn thing. just take the money and give a reciept
