You veged for 5 weeks in a little tiny pot?is that what happened here?

nope i vegged in small pots then into bigger 5 liter pots , , now put into sumthin like 10 liter pots sitting inside the 5 liter pots :P
i was way out with my guesstimate about 1,75 liters to a gallon
its 4,5 liters to the gallon
so at best im in 2 gallon pots DOH !!! live n learn
