I've smoked down and then gone and lifted, and yeah, it wasn't too bad for the most part. But I generally felt either too tired to want to continue lifting or just too odd to continue lifting. I usually lift or have a good training session kickin a ball around or whatever, then smoke.
Its a Plant Reviewed by Its a Plant on . cannabis on workout forums i post on a bodybuilding forum also, and until today i had never seen a thread about marijuana and bodybuilding. i saw one today where someone was asking how MJ would affect his workout, and i expected everyone to immediately tell him to stop and that hes killing himself and other ignorant crap like that, but i was surprised that most of the bodybuilders said they smoke on a regular basis, and that there was nothing wrong with it.
