I usually smoke before going to the gym and i workout 1.5/2 hrs per day, 4 days per week. The 3 days i am not in the gym i smoke and then go to one of the local wall climbing centers, or ride my bike or run. I am almost 50. I also go rock climbing and kayaking, both rivers and ocean.
Should i be worried?
