Vegetative to Flowering Question.
Aloha, Thanks to all who take the time to reply to my post.
I have several plants under a 1000-watt metal halide bulb running 18 hours being fed 6 gallons of water with (15-30-15) every other day. They have been on this schedule for approximately 8-9 weeks. At this time they are all between 24" and 36" tall. I would like some advice on when to switch to my 1000 watt HPS bulb and 12 hour cycle also any advice on when to switch to (0-13-0) fertilizer and any other words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. This is my first crop!

Vegetative to Flowering Question.
NOW!!!!!!!
LOOKS awesome..
Are you gonna take clones?
IF not switch to 12/12 ASAP
You wann try to bend some plants or tie some plants down so that they are all the same height.. This way they all get equal light...

Vegetative to Flowering Question.
How many plants do you have?
Usually if you have more than 8 plants and you are using a 1000 watt hps for flowering you want consider flowering when the plants reach 8-24 inches.. depending on how many plants you have..
8 plants, you could let them get as big as 20 inches before flowering...
16+ plants, and you want to flower when they are 8-12 inches tall..

Also I'd LOVE to know what you've done with your plants from day 1 because they all look so beautiful. No spots, no yellowing, nothing. You must be a really smart grower if you got that with your first crop
. Very nice. Keep us posted.

Vegetative to Flowering Question.
I would flower them right away. Especially if they stretch anything like mine just did. Mine were flowered at around 11 inches and are now 32 1/2 inches tall. That's almost triple. If your plants triple you would be looking at 9 foot plants. lol.
Nice plants
