i had stage 2 hypertension and smoking would cause panic attacks nearly everytime..
im on 75 mg of toprol now and my blood pressure is in the 130's and i have noticed that i do not get as anxious and panicy as i did before.... the fact is, if its bothering you, you need to stop, slow down, or only do it when your really relaxed.

it would be foolish to say that marijuana is completely harmless. it definatly has an affect on people with HBP.. and alot of it is mental... i know pot just made me worry about it which inturned caused me to have panic attacks and be very anxious.
