Russia agreed that they would support a resolution. They also are exploring the option of letting iran continue uranium enrichment IN RUSSIA. it's already been praised as being one of the best options.
The next nuke would then be delivered courtesy of vladimir putin.
also, russia is agreeing to go to the security council...but why would they? They can make the vote to declare sanctions, but in the case of military intervention, they can still declare war on the west and side with iran...doesnt sound like much of an alliance as the pundits would make you believe.
and as for the china issue...it doesnt look like they will bow to E.U. pressure at 300,000 barrels of iranian oil a day, so guess who'll be the first to wield that veto power?
And so what about Egypt? Don't forget that if iran has nukes, they would be in a better position to be the dominant islamic/arab power. You think if Canada were to start enrichment programs to make weapons, that we'd get a free pass from america?
