I'm watching the Daily Show, and they were replaying some clips from Hillary Clinton and another Dem whose name I missed. I saw it before but not all of it. Have you seen it? The guy starts talking about how N'Orleans sshould be chocolate, then says exactly what this thread is entitled. Later, he added that in order to makechocolate milk, one must have white milk first, so I guess he kinda almost made up for it.

It's funny, because the studio audience laughed after Mayor Nagin's speech.
