Well, it's legal here and I just buy it the local headshop here, face to face, money to hand. A legal shop too, isn't doing anything it shouldn't be, and if they tried, they wouldn't get away with it because they are the only headshop in town. They keep close eye on them.

Well most people stateside buy it online from "legal" sites and it's really cheap. I think it, as with all entheogens, exist in a very gray area right now in the US.
