The baby isn't actuall smoking it but I would expect it to recieve nutrients from the mother internally. Anything that goes from mother to child (in the womb) may contain thc. This is hypothetical, I don't actually know if it's true

nicely said. if my future wife ever decided to smoke while she was pregnant, i would knock her the fuck out. its just fucked up in general to try and fuck around with your baby's life like that.
