I don't really like J's all that much. It could've been that you were taking a rather large rip from your bubbler, and it was nice and concentrated, so it hit you a bit harder.

J's vs. Bubbler would there be any conceivable reason why after smoking two spliffed joints (with 2 friends) i was barely high at all, but then later after taking 2 solid hits from my little bubbler I was ripped. why would this be.....cause i seriously barely felt anything from the J's, and it was the same weed in both.
