Why is there even a debate about if they are tracking and tracing us when RFID transponders are going in cars nationwide to follow our every movement?

This system has already been partly implemented in Britain with barely a whimper of dissent.
Thats correct

I have bought 2 books from a well known high street bookshop in the UK in the last month, both had RFID chips in!!!

They also want to put CCTV along the road sides now so they can get a picture of your face.

They want to put black boxes in our cars that track where we have been this is 'to charge us car tax in that way'

Police regulary set ANPR (automatic number plate recognision) systems on the road side which snap you vehicle reg and if they need to pull you over to speak to you they will.
