Whats the difference between drving drunk and driving high?

I disagree with you there, driving high for me is MUCH more relaxing than intoxicated. When I'm drunk, I feel in a rush all the sudden, I.E. the high speeds associated with driving "impaired." When I'm all baked out, it's just the music in my ears and the road ahead...but at a steady, safe speed of course.
