Freyja: My beautiful bong.

Today is the day Goddess Freyja gets fired in the kiln. I made her in my art class. If things go according to plan, she will the most beautifulest thing I have ever created. I was so excited that I drew you all a picture in paint. As soon as she's out of the kiln, which should be tomorrow, I will post pictures. I hope it doesn't explode in the kiln though, there's a good chance if I didn't get all the air bubbles out. We will just have to see. My whole art class and I are going to chisten it and go to class baked on the last day. It will be a nice end to highschool.

do you ever just sort of see something in the blob of clay they give you and then make whatever you see out of it? i love doing that. thats how freyja happend to me.

yeah i love to just create and recreate and end up with something totally beautiful and nurse it thru the creation glazing and firing process and when your done, put it in your house and admire it every day know it was the lovechild of your mind and hands. its a beautiful thing. i love having people over and they see my work and ask where i got it and i get to tell them that i made it

it's a beautiful thing. it really is.

I used to make things and then give them to my mom. Pretty things. But she just keeps them in a cupboard under the sink. I guess you are the only one who can really appreciate it though.
