Are you going to deny and undermine the entire positive movement that spawned out of Dr. Kings 'supposed' words, along with the people that were inspired by his 'sermons'?
-You say he was an alleged 'degenerate dick'. Even if it's true, the effects don't 'suck'.
-You claim he wasn't the author of things published and spread in his name. Even if it's true, and he was a puppet too, the words were carefully chosen because the power of the word is huge, to attain a complete nationwide positive social integration effect. African people call it the 'Nommo' philosophy.
-You say he's a communist? sigh
-You say he's unamerican? Come on the guy loved the opportunity and wanted to comply. He urged his brothers & sisters to do the same thing. He meant no harm to you or your family or even your civil rights which you all love so much.

So the only real point you state is that he has a holiday and others don't. Why?
NOT because the 'white supremacist' leaders of the free world allow this as a boutade, NOT because of some secret lobby or some organization.

The people wanted to pay their respects and remember this schism in American racial relations for the better.
MLK lives on in peoples hearts. Most of them. Not yours obviously. Try to accept certain things, or at least be able to modify your opinion.

You're an idiot. Why would a KKK member say that African Americans diserve better? This holiday is the equivalent of a holiday for Adolf Hitler.
There is no doubt that MK was a great speaker, but so was Hitler.
Even supporters of MK openly acknowledge that he did many questionable things. In his defense, they claim he was just like any other human being. I've never cheated on my wife, I've never plagiarised in order to obtain a PhD (which only was possible because his racist teachers thought he could do no better), so I guess I'm inhuman.

It's obvious you are not willing to look for this information yourself, so here are some links favoring my opinion of him:

1. His name. The first thing you learn about someone. His is actually Michael King. I honestly don't give a crap if he wanted to change his name, but it is consistant with his other Bullshitteries, so I must mention it. Check any good biography.

1. When another member admited to not knowing it was MK day, you called it a typical white reaction. Fuck you.
2. You stalled with your first reply to mine.
3. In your second reply, you called me a hick (lolololol...... lol!). Fuck you. I'm not a hick.
4. In post 18, all you could muster was a failed attempt to insult my town (which I hate) along with some condescending sympathy. Coming from a retard, I'm really hurt.
5. In 21, you admited to being incapable of defending your own opinion. A thought is worthless unless you are willing to defend it.

Don't try to call me some type of elitist either. My reason for hostility was apparent as it was divulged in the same sentence. My reason is that you generalised white people. I refuse to call you any more insults, because if I did, I may have to read one of yours (which totally suck ass). I've expressed my thoughts clearly and rationally, with the exception of my taking offense to your stereotyping generalization, which I admit is quite hostile, while you have continued to use baseless insults.
