I have heard that when you are growing up,if sex is not an open subject it can cause the child to have sexual hang ups like it shouldn't be done or it's dirty to have those thoughts.I don't think this is completely true because I have heard of many good catholic girls becoming strippers,porn stars etc lol

The reason given for this is that the more represive the upbringing the more likely some people are to reject and rebel against all constraints placed upon them during their youth therefore they go wild.
Of course there is also the repression is carried on over into adulthood and this can cause hangups as you put it

The "three point method" works well.

This comes from the Chinese book of Tao lovemaking.

You sit on a surface like a sofa stretched out at a 45degree angle.

She sits on top of you, facing you.

There are three points:

The "gate" (clitoris)
The g spot
The epicenter

Everyone knows where the clitoris is. Most know where the g spot is. Not many know where the epicenter is.

The epicenter is adjacent to the cervix, so follow where the g-spot is then go all the way back until right next to the cervix but not cetered with it.
So the g-spot nerve runs back to the epicenter. While all the way in her, head rests at epicenter. Now

The idea is to let her have a wild ride and stimulate all three areas at the same time using a rocking back and fourth motion with hips as opposed to an in and out motion.

She controls all the movement in order to get it right.
