You need a (non-oily) leave-in conditioner (I assume you use rinse out conditioner on regularly in the shower) and some sort of de-frizzing cream, which will reduce the knotting loads, if not completely. I grew up with hair down to my ass, trust me..I know how it feels to have a nest in the back of your head lol.

I have long curly hair and its extremely matted at the back....like extreeeeemly matter...ill try and take a pic to show you.... ok i dont know how the pics will turn out....but my issue is.... these knots are really starting to piss me off....they are pretty much just hard clumps of hair matter together.....i need some advise how i can get them out with cutting/ripping my hair.... any ideas at all are appreciated.....except things like get your hair cut....
