why dont you try calling him and asking what happened you idiot. maybe he got arrested while carrying YOUR weed or something. dont just go beat him up, there is probably a very resonable explanation as to what happened.

Now me and this other guy are two white boys so we didn't exactly wanna go in the hood. Well the guy we gave it to took off with our money and never came back. Now before you go calling me stupid for giving this guy my money to go somewhere with, keep in mind that we've done this about 1,000 times. Then he just never showed up.
