No, the bottles should be fine for the time being. But later on down, the road, you will have to transplant into something bigger.

Also, do you plan on covering up the outside of the bottles? Don't want to burst your bubble, but those bottles, must be covered up with something as not to expose the roots to light. Roots don't like the light and if you keep those clear bottle clear, problems will arise.

What I suggest you do, is wrap the outsides of the bottles up with something to cover them. Or, go buy some empy pots at Wal-Mart. They are about $1.99 per 8inch round container.
