keeping bud fresh
I just picked up 3 o's last night, and it was some pretty dank bud. However my friends told me that it was a little wet and that in the next couple days the weight would go down. How much do you think it will go down in a week? Also, is there anyway i could keep it fresh so it doesnt dry out? I have it split up in o's and then all 3 of them, (or whats left) are in another ziplock back. Would keeping it in the freezer help? Thanks for ur thoughts

putting it in the freezer might help a little bit, but you could also do the orange peel trick, like when it gets dry just put some orange peels in the bag over night and it should get dank again.

The thing about storing these wet buds in an airtight container, is you have a very good chance of ruining it all with mold. What I suggest you do, is get a few of those Ziplock zipper freezer bags, they're huge bags, you could fit a lb in there easily, take your buds, put them in the thinner, standard size sandwich baggies, place them in the big Ziplock bags, zip it up, and check on it every 2-3 days to insure there will be no mold.
I do this and my dank buds stay fresh, without mold, for months, if they were around that long anyways
Peace

if theyre really that wet sell em on quickly really whats the point of hanging on to it, when uve got 3oz damp its gonna lose quite a lot of weight which is just wasted money to u(even though it is much better to smoke dry better) so sell it off

get one of those food saver vacuum sealers. I've kept buds sealed up in those for over a year and they're still as good as the day I bought them.

there not that wet
i looked at them again and i dont know what my friends were talking about, he tried to tell me it would be like 1/8 short today and it wasnt short at all, i always keep them airtight so i dont think its gonna be as much of a problem as i thought
I did put them in the freezer for about a half hour to see what it would do and i could see condensation forming on the bag, i didnt know what this meant but i didnt want mold to form so i just took em out
And i already got rid of an ounce, so im sure ill get rid of another one and a half in the next couple days, and then have the rest to just smoke
