reality
Its not that people don't grasp your revelations, its that personal revelations are just that, personal. I've had all sorts of outlook changing realizations over the past few years, some induced by drugs, many by sobriety and just the world around me.
Profound insights in my experience are most powerful when kept to ourselves. I see many people around this site who claim to 'know' and others claim to 'know' just the opposite. The fact is all this knowledge we've found is best suited for our selves, for the ego that created and accepted them and possibly a few others.
Reality is perception, you aren't the first to notice this and its not over the heads of most people. Alot of people refuse to percieve this as the truth though, and thus it isn't.
Alot of people though just don't like talking about it because its far beyond the universal surface that we've all worked so hard to create and accept. Not to say those people are superficial or shallow, they just like things how they are and don't need to go any deeper or higher then that.
I've found the best way to be able to continue developing my own personal philosophies and set of beliefs in the direction I like most are to keep them to myself and those who I fully trust to have only my best interest in mind. Because people WILL try and point you in their direction of thinking in my experience. Especially if you try to point them in your direction first.
Sorry for the long post, this thread needed a thought out response. Hopefully more come.
