yeah i have kinda not had access to the net , i been in the slammer for battery , finally i got released on my own recog , mother fucer ripped me off and i was fucked up so i beat his ass and he called the cops on me so i got arrestedd for battery but they found an ounce on him so he got in trouble too hahaha o well my internet is kina messed up too so i dontknow how often ill be on here , later

Damn man, that sucks. I got charged for manslaughter after knocking a guy down and shin checking him in the throat after he swung at me. But it was plea bargained down to aggravated assault. Anyway, just be careful about fighting. You even have to be careful defending yourself, you can be charged if they determine that you used "more force than necessary". The best way is to just avoid physical conflict altogether.

Anyway, hope you don't get caught up in the system....the system is indeed a bitch.
