I was wondering if Probation Officers have a right to watch you take your urine anaylsis if you have not been cought cheating on it before and if so can you give me a site I can print out to show him not to come into the restroom with me.

The last P.O.'s I've had were women and they got some male co-worker to watch as I filled the cup. I think I had to sign something that said they could do what ever the fuck they wanted to. Like searches, anytime and anywhere, and giving at least two types of samples while they watched. I would like to see something on the books about peoples rights while on parole/probation. I dont think there is to much because you dont have any rights.

Yeah, Motor is right. The only real right you have is the right to have the same sex watch you while you take your test.

When I was on probation, I came in one day with my backpack and me and the PO were pretty cool, she tested me and I failed twice, but anyway...the point is, she was joking around and was like, "Do I need to search your bag?" I said, "You can't search my bag, you not a cop, girlie." She replies, "Oh, but I can. See, you're on probation which means your 4th Amendment rights to unreasonable searches and seizures are.GONE." She didn't search my bag, as we were just joking around, but it did give me valuable information, albeit common sense knowledge.

If you on probation, you have no right but the right to have the same sex watch while you pee. Great stuff, ain't it?
