Single or Double Papers for Rolling Joints?

hey all, i have a pretty simple question here.

i have an eighth that im rolling up into joints, and have a fresh pack of 32 cigarette sized papers

so my question is, should i roll them with 1 paper or 2 papers side by side

because my theory is, with 2 layers of paper, the paper will burn slower than with 1 layer, so any unburnt weed wont fall out as soon as it would with 1 layer...

im putting the same amount of weed in each joint.

like will 2 layers of paper burn slower than a joint with 1 layer of paper?

or am i just wasting papers by using 2 for each joint

When I first started all I did was use one paper. Hated he taste. Got used to it and started using two because It is so much easier to control. I now only use one because I've been doing it for too many years... You know it's funny when you have rolling callouses alongside your guitar callouses.

Use whatever you feel comfortable with. Everyone has a style.

And the weed burns the paper, not the other way around. The tighter it is, the slower it burns. Also, cutting it up finer will help.

Two skins tastes horrible but I used to use a second skin to tighten the joint when I first started rolling.

If there all gonna be real small J's like .5 or .6, then don't double paper them because there won't be enough weed in there to counteract the paper taste. You would be smoking mostly paper and it would taste nasty as hell too.

i use tops generally, and i use 2 papers. it doesnt taste bad to me, and they burn just fine. it makes it easier to roll when your using more bud.

I usually only use half of a 1.5 paper for pinky sized joints . it just takes time to learn to roll tight with less paper .

I usually use one, unless the joint gets fucked up and I need another.

I used to use two papers, and yes it does make the joint harsher and takes away from the weed taste. Two papers might make it burn slower, but only because it will be tighter because you have more paper and because of that, more control. If you can roll a tight joint with one paper, do it. If you can't, use two. I use a rolling machine because my hand-rolled joints are shit.

edit: oops, old thread. I'm sure the joints are already rolled and smoked.

It all depends on how much you're rolling. I roll all my own cigarettes, and usually make them about the size of swishers, so I use two papers for a firmer hold, one paper just gets to messy and falls apart in your pocket.
