Why did you start?

I started smoking weed cos i loved the smell, and i came to love the high too. That and most of my family smokes it.

I loved the smell and was intrigued by what it did to you. My mate had an older brother, that mate started smoking it with me. Now i smoke the most out of any of my friends, and started providing a while back.

honetsly, becuase my friends were doing it. DARE had me convinced that cocaine and maryjane were in the same category and that maryjane was addictive. WTF?

I was a little bit of a lame bloomer. I grew up around weed...had familie memers smoke it...their friends smoke it...friends siblings smoke it. It was everywhere. I knew the smell of weed before I knew what weed was. I had always thought it smelled really good.
For some odd reason though, with weed being all around me...I was scared of it. I remember sitting in my friends bedroom when I was 13 years old watching him get stoned...and being fascinated by his hands. I was so freaked out of marijuana that I practically held my breathe the whole time. He would take his parents weed and smoke it, and they didn't care as long as he kept above a C average(odd being in middle school and having friends parents not care...)

I had 2 best friends and we all told eachother that when we smoked pot we would smoke it together. We definitly knew we wanted to smoke it, we were just scared and wanted to be together.

Well..I remember one of my friends trying it...and we were so mad she tried it before us..then she turned into a major stoner..and we got over it.

Next thing I know I have a boyfriend who just happens to be like one of the biggest stoners in school. He thought it was super weird and crazy I had never smoked weed.

The first time I smoked I think I was 16 years old..and it was out of a bong. Looking back on it..I was definitly stoned. However I was convinced I wasn't stoned. I would smoke and smoke and smoke...and I never thought I was stoned. This lead to my so called high school boyfriend and his friends being kind of annoyed with always trying to get me stoned. In fact I stopped even trying to get stoned.

...until about a year later when I became friends with this CRAZY ass chick..and the first time we spent the night with eachother we did whippets of Nitrous and smoked a lot of weed out of a can.
That was probably the most stoned I have been. I remember I was so fucked up I couldn't even make sentences because I kept forgetting what I was saying.
...then it was all down hill from there and I have been a major stoner ever since.

I was 14....was at private school. my older brother took me along and we had beers and tokes with all of his stoner friends....I remember that night with great clarity and detail....now more thna 30 years later....still enjoying it and life is good!

Started in 5th grade. Back then I didn't know jack shit about drugs, my neighbor just wanted to corrupt me. I didn't tell anybody about it, people just kind of found out. I didn't dress like a stoner, I was more of a preppy / skater look, I guess it was just the way I talked and did shit. Then when high school began I got really popular for being the huge ass stoner kid with a 4.0 GPA and smoking the dankest shit in SoCal.


For other drugs, the only I "approve" of are Shrooms and sometimes Acid. People tend to look down on you less if you only do the "natural" drugs, but fuck them.

I was seventeen and was a few months into my senior in high school. I was at a private school after having gone to a public school the previous year. One day when i was pulling in my driveway after school, one of my friends from the previous year at the public school was walking down the street in front of my house. We started hanging out and i eventually found out that he and some of my other old friends smoked.
Around that time i was in a "Fuck it" mood and was drinking and partying alot, just having fun, after having lead a relatively clean lifestyle. Then one night my friends parents were out of town and i went over to stay the night. Then some of his friends came over and asked if they could smoke there. After thinking about it a bit i was like "Shit, ill just go for it." and asked if i could get in on the circle.
Been open minded about it since.

ill never forget the first time i got high.. me and one of my friends were looking for a cig in my brothers closet in 6th grade... instead of a cig we found a joint.. we decided fuck it lets smoke it.. we smoked it and i member after words i said "i feel funny".. and pretty much ever since then ive been smoking.. took a few breaks here and there but for the most part been smoking..

I remember my friend showed me a little bit of dank he pinched from his bro and was like "if you sleep over we can smoke that tonight" so I was like "aight" I figured since he smoked, it must not be all that bad. He was a straight A student too. I smoked that night, and after trying it the next weekend and actually getting high, I was in love.
