I was a little bit of a lame bloomer. I grew up around weed...had familie memers smoke it...their friends smoke it...friends siblings smoke it. It was everywhere. I knew the smell of weed before I knew what weed was. I had always thought it smelled really good.
For some odd reason though, with weed being all around me...I was scared of it. I remember sitting in my friends bedroom when I was 13 years old watching him get stoned...and being fascinated by his hands. I was so freaked out of marijuana that I practically held my breathe the whole time. He would take his parents weed and smoke it, and they didn't care as long as he kept above a C average(odd being in middle school and having friends parents not care...)

I had 2 best friends and we all told eachother that when we smoked pot we would smoke it together. We definitly knew we wanted to smoke it, we were just scared and wanted to be together.

Well..I remember one of my friends trying it...and we were so mad she tried it before us..then she turned into a major stoner..and we got over it.

Next thing I know I have a boyfriend who just happens to be like one of the biggest stoners in school. He thought it was super weird and crazy I had never smoked weed.

The first time I smoked I think I was 16 years old..and it was out of a bong. Looking back on it..I was definitly stoned. However I was convinced I wasn't stoned. I would smoke and smoke and smoke...and I never thought I was stoned. This lead to my so called high school boyfriend and his friends being kind of annoyed with always trying to get me stoned. In fact I stopped even trying to get stoned.

...until about a year later when I became friends with this CRAZY ass chick..and the first time we spent the night with eachother we did whippets of Nitrous and smoked a lot of weed out of a can.
That was probably the most stoned I have been. I remember I was so fucked up I couldn't even make sentences because I kept forgetting what I was saying.
...then it was all down hill from there and I have been a major stoner ever since.

What turned you on and made you think for yourself, instead of listening to the school and the propoganda? For me, i actually got interested because of DARE (which is a school anti drug program). When they started saying things like "acid makes you see pictures in your head", i was like woah that sounds pretty cool. and "does anyone know what a dilusion is?
