What's the difference between a drug screen and a drug test?
No news means good news in the world of drug testing. The MRO would only contact you if there were any issues with the sample.
If you are waiting to be put to work, and don't hear nothing by Friday morning, call the employer up sometime after lunch break and ask "What date can I start?"...
