Looks like a very good fan you're getting, 'can't go wrong with Dayton.
You have it a lot easier than I do, because it's 100+ here in the summer [L, it's up to 60 & 70 right now !], and I have to take air in from one room in the house & exhaust to another room where the central air intake is located. If it's that cold up there, you have one huge problem solved already. Various accesories shouldn't cost that much, and I don't guess you have to worry that much with instrumentation as I do, since you're going all soil; Fox Farm is great, but I know I used to mix up my own and never had any problems. Good price on the plastic containers; I'm using 8 5 gallon containers along with a hydro setup.
