It's similar to a light alchohol intoxication, with a slight boost in energy in small doses, will feelings of euphoria. It's unique because it's a stimulative and a sedative at the same time. I find a half-dose cup in the morning to perk me right up At higher doses, it mainly sedative, and in my experience gives my vision a sortof hd clarity, like everything bounces out at you.

get the leaves and chew em up, either swallow em or leave em wedged between ure gum and lips, within 10 mins it will feel as tho u have jus had 3 coffees, without the shaky wired feelin of caffeine. Tis the best stimulant in the world in low doses, its not like it gets u high, jus that physical exertion don't seem that physically exerting no more, like it requires less energy, more than kratom givs u the extra energy. it is impossible to sleep on them in the right dosage, and on a heavier dosage impossible to keep ure eyes open, and yeh man I agree, is a compliment too any spliff. Shame u can't jus pick up a pack in the supermarket.
