make a quid. Roll up the leaves or whatever into a nice ball and put it in your mouth. DOnt swallow it or spit for 30 min until you get the effects. You have to keep the spit in your mouth and keep the leaves and shit under your tongue.. it lasts much longer than smoking it and you need like 20 leaves ....dunno how much extract that is tho
