Yes,people don't go around calling hip-hop and rap the same thing so why do they call trance and techno the same. I've had people say "oh, your listening to techno" when i'm clearly listening to trance. "It's like OMG you retard i wanna fucking strangle you". I don't see how it's even possible to get the two mixed up?
