Can a cut seed still grow?
I agree with the other person. Putting a chipped seed in dirt exposes it to a lot of bacteria/fungi/enemy of the seed. I think that i would of used bottled water and a paper towel to see if it would germinate.

Can a cut seed still grow? i was cutting up some northern lights that a buddy of mine grew and i found a seed. but i acidentaly cut the top corner of the seed off. i was wondering if any one thought it might still grow. i planted it and im in waiting. it was the only seed out of a 1/2 oz. so i wanted to keep it.
