I'm mostly confused with the whole reporter thing. So much that I can't focus on anything besides the pictures.

Gen i dont know if your hot or not , but some of us are holding back on some information about your plants. 1st on your hydro- 4 out of 6 pots are white roots hate the light a fact. 2nd how does your system work? does it fill and drain? honestly you need net pots, get a storage tub cut 6 holes out place the soon to be root bound plants in the net pots , so the roots has a place to grow out. 3rd go to home depot and get some fluoresent lights 150w/3 of them would work for the 6 plants, dont know your budget. 4 would be around 20 bucks. 4th get yourself some nute for those plants. i hope this will sink in real soon to help you with your grow. Think about it , what happens when your plants become 2-3 foot tall , inside of those plastic soup cups? where are the roots suppose to go? you'll bee growing LITTLE SHOPS OF HORROR PLANTS, feed me semore.

Thanks for the picture mobay. Beautiful plants.

I assure you I am not nuts. There is a guy called growdoc on IC. He has done all this before with photos. He said he could grow from seed to harvest in 70 days. It sounded very interesting. I'm hoping to get big buds on small plants. We'll see. This is only a test. Yes, I have the GH 3 series. As far as clear plastic pots, I chose them because they are square. This is all a study of the marijuana plant.

Beautiful ladies turtle. Well done. What is that tiny white probe on the top of your soil?

    Thanks Gen.

It's the temperature probe. My temp/humidity meter has that attachable probe for remote (to the little display box) temperatures. I guess, people that use it for "regular" households place that probe on the outside of their houses.

Since that picture, RastaKaze suggested I place the probe under a shaded region with good airflow for better air temperature readings. I did that, and worked wonderfull for a while. When I placed a 8" desktop fan inside the cab, I placed that little probe in the fan's grill.

That's the story of the tiny white probe on top of my soil...

Good morning, this is February 1, 2006, time for the 8AM marijuana report. The outside weather has been excellent for growing marijuana during the day. The hydro girls enjoyed a full day outside in the shade yesterday. Will introduce them to a few hours of sun today. The 4 soil plants are doing well. I have one weak plant that should be culled. I'm going to leave her since I do not have the heart to rip her out. Big bertha is doing outstanding. Her stem has thickened up nicely. She will be a good clone mother. So would Dumbo for that matter. She always had a strong stem without any support in the beginning. And mini would make a nice mother too. She's a slow grower and stocky. So which one would you pick? Strong stem; short stocky growth; or vigorous growth?

Have a great day, this concludes the morning edition. Stay tuned, same bat time, same bat channel.
