    Gen's grow

Good afternoon, this is the 3 PM report. I'm setting up a swc with a submersible pump. The water level comes to just the bottom of the pot. These plants have really long roots and need a bigger home. The soill grow is going fantastic. I cut 2 clones from Big Bertha and 2 clones from mini. The big bertha second clones are small compared to mini's first clones. I've included pictures of both. I've decided to run an experiment with clones. Two clones sit in a sealed jar with moisture, 2 clones are in a bubbler with water level below the stem, no humidity dome and 2 clones are in a glass of water with stems submerged and a humidity dome. Let the race begin!

So that's all folks, stay tuned, same bat time, same bat channel. Be safe.
Gen Reviewed by Gen on . Gen's grow Okay, my desperation is over. The seeds arrived and it only took a little over a month to get them. I am not real long on patience. They are white widow cause I thought the name sounded really cool. They were $$$$ (at least for me) $87.50 for 10 seeds. Yeoh!! I'm growing in a rubbermaid 33 gallon box. I will take them outside for light therapy during the day. At night they get fluoro. Light 24/7. I started two, incase I killed them off. They sprouted in 24 hours. I planted them Rating: 5

    Gen's grow

Looking real good Gen. I'm just taking a few minutes to see what's been happening. New job and long hours to start but it will smooth out. Mine are just about 6 weeks flower. I will get a pic tonight. They are not bad for having to go in early. Good luck and keep the green coming.

Thanks loc. Did you flower early? I flowered mine at 10 days of sprouting. I never took measurements either. Doh!

Good afternoon, this is the 12PM marijuana report. First picture is clones in a jar, they are 4 days old. Next picture, hydro plants in a tub, then the roots of a typical hydro plant. Note to self, use the same container. Because I used two different kinds of 4 inch pots, some are hanging lower than the others. Doh!

On to the soil grow and then a close up of Big Bertha. She is starting to show signs of flower. She's big and beautiful! Soil plants have been on 12/12 for 13 days.

That's all folks. Thanks for tuning in, same bat time, same bat channel. Have a great day.

    Gen's grow

    Hello Mand,

Well how does that saying go? It doesn't matter how you do it, as long as you do. Growing and learning to be self-sufficient.

    Thanks

    Gen's grow

Good evening, this is the 5PM marijuana report.

For the soil grows I have been pushing water and weak fish emulsion. Once I see the slightest bit of yellow, I add more water. In other words, I don't wait for the plant to get dry. This stresses the plant. Today, is the first hint I have that I have been overwatering. So starting right now, I will let them get a bit dryer, before I water.

The second picture is the first clones I cut from big bertha. They are 4 days old. Like a dummy I put them under fluors right away. About, too close. So the plants started to curl. Don't they look like they are trying to pull away from the light? By curling up, less surface area is exposed to the light. I'm suprised they are not yellow. I have been spraying them with a weak kelp solution. No signs of root nodes. I probably stressed them out. Interesting to see if this will cause them to hermie.

Thanks for tuning in folks, I appreciate all your comments. Same bat
channel, same bat time. Have a great evening.

    Gen's grow

Hi Gen, Don't mean to hijack but here are a couple pic's of mine. The first are ones ready to go to flower. The second ones are 6 weeks of 12/12 started very early. 4 papaya and 2 northern lights. You can see the trichomes on the leaves good. when they first started they looked like funny bumps.
