Okay, I had a "diet" that woked great for me. When I was in college for 2yrs, I gained major weight, but since April of 05', I have lost 30lbs by not starving myself.

I cut alcohol out of my diet, completly! A bottle of beer has about 300 calories per bottle...time that by 6-10 beers, that's the average amount of calories a person should be taking in daily, not in a night.

I cut down on drinking pop, and if I did drink it, I had only a small glass of diet.

Exercise man! I worked only 6hrs a day, cooking, on my feet most of the time, for about 30hrs a week. I walked to work everyday, about a 30min walk, both ways. Just find something, anything, to do outside, Go for a nice smokey walk, get on your feet some.

The the thing about dieting is you want to burn more claories than you take in. I was had only about 1000 calories a day in meals and snacks, and I'd burn off much more than that, and April 05-Dec. 05 I managed to lose 30lbs.
