I didn't mean to direct it at you, I was blunt about it. In my opinion I think counseling is a waste of money and time. I went through counseling when I was younger, and believe it, it didn't help me one bit, it made me worse off. I too am a manic depressant and ADD, but really it's all in your mind. It simply takes willpower and coping with it day by day. Psychedelics help a lot, it's like 6 months of counseling bundled into 6-12 hours, it'll shatter your ego, break your thoughts down, and learn to love life again.
