the first time i tried it i took 700 mg and it was great. the only problem was the nausea. my advice is just go all out with it. take like 700-750 mg

I've been reading up on it a lot so I know what to expect and how much to take but since I'm a very cautious person I'm here to double check. I bought a bottle of Robitussin Honey Cough. The only active ingredient is Dextromethorphan HBr, USP 10 mg. The whole bottle will be 236 mg of DXM and i think that's a good amount to start. I've been told 300 but I'd rather do a little less.
