I smoke generic light cigarettes. But I am preparing myself to quit, I really do want to. I'm just a wimp about nicotine withdrawal! I think I might try the patch.

If you do use the patch please let me know how it works out? I am seriously considering giving up my Marlboro lights...getting older real quick and need the lungs to stay healthy. Double smoking is not a good thing. I think you used the key word....preparation.
