Cost of Lighting my room..

anyone have any suggestions on ways to cut electrical cost for lighting, my bill was 110$ more then last month, and i only have one 1000 watt HPS light. please anything will help, plants are starting 12-12 cycle that will help, but any other sugggestions.

switch all bulbs in house to energy saving bulbs, unplug things when your done with them, dont leave light on in room if not using them, dont leave on things like tv and computer.

un plug your tv when you are not using it.. todays TV's always stay on.. even when you turn them off.

lower you freezer and fridge

you will safe so much with the energy savers as an 11 watt gives out the amount of a standard 60 watt incandescent. They may look a bit pricy at first but you will save tons in the process
