Yes weed is illegal but most cops dont give a damn! its a 50% situation... Cops Will some times take ur dope and leave u alone or sometimes ull get in deep shit....

In Ontirio most law enforcment target largre grow opps/ ie hydro theft. Us small time growers are preaty much left alone. Police will usaly just take your weed If you have less than an OZ and let you go. If you have more than an OZ You maybe screwed. This coming from a freind of mine that is a O.P.P.

It's not tolerated in the UK! Growth, possession, and supply are still illegal and different policing regions may still prosecute for all offences as standard policy. Don't be fooled by the reclassification down to a class 'C' drug. Although it is officially national policy that personal amounts will be confiscated and a warning given, you can still face prison for possession of even a small amount of cannabis. Check the news on google.co.uk, you'll see people in court almost every day for cannabis 'crimes'.
