Yea. The sugars are addictive in a very serious way, that's why the cases of diabetes are skyrocketing. It doesn't only affect our own lives, it finds its way into the gene pool and produces sugarcraving children. Overconsumption.. Yeah it's tough to resist when the opportunity comes along but nowadays some overweight people say it's just the way it is, while they're eating at McD three times a day, and to me that's a similar health risk to smoking.
