He kept slamming on the brakes because he had to jump from the gas to the brake.

I saw the Police footage. It looked exactly like the drunks on "Cops" looking for a spot to pull over. One time, he veered and just missed a light pole as he was turning left. Also, just missed a car waiting at a red light, when he was turning right.

Kids steal cars here all the time and joy ride. Not at 7 but I know kids from 10-16 who've jacked cars and went driving down the back roads for the fuck of it.
