yeawd dude 30 per dose is alot man. umm it depends on how much you way. i mean like i say mofre is a funny woed hahahabut take that much neway prolly u want to chug a bottle or to and ull get good effects but not shamnistic yeah umm ok make sure it doesnt contain nething that might hurt u 2 it should only have dxm in it for medical afreidiants if you want to take it neway if it has sumthen else look on th enet to see if its safe to take r not in high doses

Delsym has a different type of Dextromethorphan.. this is taken from www.dextroverse.org, a very reputable site for recreational and spiritual DXM use.

Dextromethorphan Polistirex: This is another form of DXM that is time-released. It basically has a edible plastic around some of the DXM. This is used in some cough medicines, so when some of the DXM has worn off, then some more will kick in. This is usually not the preferred type of DXM to use recreationally, because it usually takes longer for it to kick in, and it sometimes is not as strong.

I would recommend that if you want to trip on DXM, use something that has only dextromethorphan hydrobromide:This is what you get when you react DXM with hydrobromic acid. This is what is most commonly used for cough suppressants and for recreational use. This produces different effects on different doses. We refer to them as plateaus, and there are 4 of them.

BUT: DO NOT USE CORICIDIN COUGH & COLD TO TRIP ON DXM. IT HAS BEEN SHOWN TO LEAD TO MANY DEATHS.

I would recommend using Robotussin maximum strength, and if you can't really stand the idea of chugging a whole bottle of cough syrup (same with me.. I can't stand that shit) you can get gelcaps. Robotussin makes them, and "Dex-alone" is another very reputable source of DXM.

If DXM HBR is the only active ingredient, then yes, you can take it. 300 sounds like a good amount for your first time, I think that's what I did my first time. Then 440, 540, 600, 800, and now I've quit doing DXM because it's started getting boring for me. I might do it once again while I'm high to spice it up a bit, but I think that I may be done with it.

300 is kind of high to start. I recommend 150; DXM can be pretty dangerous healthwise, better safe than sorry. 300 is a lot more fun than 150, though.... Just be careful. Read up on DXM, too; it has fatal interactions with quite a few things.

300 would give you a pretty mild 1st plateau trip.
