Infestation!!!!!

well it seems that 3 of my plants(indoor) have aquired a pest that looks like a little catepillar with either a black or red head and it eats the leaves leaving behing a web like substance and causes some leaves to stick together...

i spray my plants with fungicide which seems to keep there levels down but i need some either home remedies or any other solution to my problem.
